Intellectual property

The Dibs name, logo, visual identity, copy and code of this site are protected. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited. Partner shop names belong to their respective owners.

Nature of the service

Dibs is a pre-order tool for neighbourhood shops. Dibs is not a seller, not a courier and not a payment intermediary. The sale is concluded directly between the customer and the shop, and payment is collected by the shop when the order is handed over.

Liability

Dibs connects a customer with a shop. Product conformity, quality, allergen information and adherence to the pickup slot are the shop's responsibility. Dibs works to keep information accurate but does not guarantee it is free of error.

Governing law

This site is governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
